Our spiritual journey began the moment we took our first breath. From there, it really is more about how we experience our life and our humanity that determines how aware of our spiritual essence we are and of the reason we came here to Earth. Finding our life purpose is the key to our spiritual journey as we are spiritual beings having human experiences. These are the basic steps with checks and balances in staying authentically committed to YOUR spiritual journey.

When we imagine movement with intention, the brain strengthens its communication with the muscles. In other words, the mind doesn’t just observe the body - it trains it. The subtle inner world reorganizes the physical outer one.

Let’s walk into the new world that is ours to create, awake and empowered as divine, sovereign beings! Let’s welcome the infinite spiritual knowledge and wisdom available to us and fully integrate and embody that into our consciousness. That awareness is our path to intuition. Our physical body holds infinite potentiality within the cellular structure of our DNA. 

Many people are very concerned about the results of the upcoming election and the future, feeling that the results will determine their direction in life. We lost the brilliantly sparkling star, Dr. C. Norman Shealy, M.D., PH.D., on July 8, 2024. Dr. Shealy was a neurosurgeon and the inventor of the TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator), the spinal cord stimulator, and creator of new ways to approach healing in this country. Indeed, we do include psychology into our existence to help us along, and also seek some explanation for our suffering through scientific facts. Still, as HU-man, we have evolved very little. Yet in the last decades, we are seeing the rise of terms describing man as “being spiritual”.

We all have one thing in common. We are all seeking the same thing; Love, Acceptance, and peace in our hearts. Unfortunately many of us are looking in the wrong places like; in relationships, friends, groups, created tribes, organizations or in our politicians. We have learned to use demand, force, manipulation and skillful tools of deception to get what we thought was love, acceptance and peace.
