Your First Sense, intuition has its own essence, and it carries an important purpose for humanity, as it lies within each of us. It offers tools to lead us toward abundance, health, wisdom, and happiness, and back to joy, compassion, love, and purpose. At its core, Your First Sense is the key to raising human consciousness and moving you closer to peace.

We lost the brilliantly sparkling star, Dr. C. Norman Shealy, M.D., PH.D., on July 8, 2024. Dr. Shealy was a neurosurgeon and the inventor of the TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator), the spinal cord stimulator, and creator of new ways to approach healing in this country. Many of his students, adherents, and practitioners refer to him as the father of holistic medicine in the current era. 

Alchemy was built on sacred rules that are governed by spiritual laws. When we bring part of these ancient stories back to life, we must remember that we are not here only to follow the imposed rules of our society, but also to acknowledge the importance of understanding and respecting the spiritual laws of nature. We are part of nature; thus, we are the alchemists. I feel that the ultimate sacred alchemy is all around us, as it is life itself.

While we are all well-versed in personal hygiene, many people are not aware of the pollution and debris that comes from the subtle world of thoughts and emotions. Spring Equinox, or Vernal Equinox, has traditionally been cause for celebration in many ancient customs, across all cultures. Often, within these celebrations or festivals, a connection or reference is made to the forces of light triumphing over darkness.

Subconsciously we are drawn to specific flowers based on their color, aroma or their shape. They perhaps act like silent communicators, but their language of their existence is communicated in frequency and vibrational energy. We all are addicts. We are addicted to seeking. We endlessly seek. The thrill of seeking makes us feel alive, worthy or just plain busy. What are we Seeking? Why are our dreams so crazy and hard to understand? Dreams seem so off-the-wall because we try to understand them with our conscious waking mind when, in fact, dreams are created in our subconscious mind, which speaks in a language of symbols, pictures, and emotions instead of words.
