The Forgotten Power of Your First Sense—Intuition

Intuition has always been part of our human existence. It is not separate from us, just like the heart, the mind, or even the breath.
Yet for generations, it has been overlooked, dismissed, and even ridiculed. As a result, our first sense, intuition, has grown dormant in many of us.
But today, we’re ready to welcome it back, to give it the respect it deserves and allow it to guide us with ease.
Your First Sense, intuition has its own essence, and it carries an important purpose for humanity, as it lies within each of us. It offers tools to lead us toward abundance, health, wisdom, and happiness, and back to joy, compassion, love, and purpose. At its core, Your First Sense is the key to raising human consciousness and moving you closer to peace.
My mentor, neurosurgeon and Ph.D Norm Shealy, introduced intuition into his medical healing practice and once said, “I realize that all creativity and vision are really the results of intuition. Art, music, poetry, every scientific discovery, and even the industrial revolution are all the results of intuitive knowledge put into play.”
Steve Jobs also spoke openly about the importance of intuition—how following the heart and intuition was essential to creativity. His legacy of inventions proves just how powerful intuition can be.
We do not need to waste time, energy, or resources proving its value. Like love or joy, intuition exists in the subtle realm. It may be invisible, but it is undeniable. Intuition deserves to be a core subject in schools, taught alongside math, reading, and writing. Imagine the kind of future leaders, healers, and creators we would raise.
Your First Sense is the original sense and it is as natural as breathing. Those who trust it, share it, and live by it become active participants in the evolution of human consciousness.
How does intuition show up in your life? Do you trust it fully?
I’d love to hear your story.
With Love and Peace,
Dr. Lenka Schulze
