Your First Sense is your intuition:  Your First Sense is  the original sense, before the five physical ones. It’s the language of your soul, quietly guiding you through every breath, thought, and choice you make. But most of us have been taught to ignore it — to disconnect from the very thing that knows us best.

I'm Dr. Lenka Schulze, and I believe Your First Sense—your intuition—is the most powerful healing tool you possess.  I'm here to guide you to re-remember what your soul has known all along.

My Story

I've always known there was something more than what we could see and touch, but like most people, I was trained out of trusting that knowing. I spent years in academia, earning my Ph.D., learning to honor the rational mind while quietly sensing there was a deeper intelligence at work—one that spoke in whispers, not words.

The turning point came when I realized I wasn't broken for feeling things others couldn't see, for knowing things I couldn't explain. I was simply remembering what I'd always known: that we are more than our physical bodies, that we are spiritual beings with access to profound wisdom if we're willing to listen.

When I began working as a medical intuitive alongside a medical doctor in Southwest Florida, I witnessed something extraordinary. People who had been dismissed by traditional systems, who felt like the walking dead, began to come alive again. Not through more protocols or procedures, but through reconnecting with their own inner knowing—their first sense.

That's when I understood my purpose: to help others remember what their souls have known all along. To guide them back from the numbness, back from outsourcing their power, back to the vibrant, grounded person they were always meant to be.

Most people think of intuition as a "sixth sense"—something mystical that some people have and others don't. But that's backwards. Your intuition isn't the sixth sense; it's Your First Sense. It's the original sense, the one you were born with, before the five physical ones took over.

Think about it: before you could see clearly, before you could hear language, before you could taste or smell or touch with understanding, you could sense. You could feel safe or unsafe. You could sense love or fear. You knew, without knowing how you knew.

Your First Sense is the language of your soul, quietly guiding you through every breath, thought, and choice you make. It's not mystical fluff—it's the most practical tool you possess. It's your direct connection to the wisdom that knows you better than anyone else ever could.

But somewhere along the way, you were taught to silence that voice. To override it with logic, productivity, external validation. You weren't born disconnected—you were trained out of connection.

Your First Sense never left you. It's been waiting, patiently, for you to remember. To trust again. To come home to your authentic self.

One of my favorite quotes captures the deeper essence of our intuition: “Lift the veil of duality and you will see the Light.” This simple yet profound message invites us to move beyond divisive thinking—replacing “right or wrong, black or white, Muslim or Christian” with “right and wrong, black and white, Muslims and Christians.”

That small adjustment  in language—and in mindset— creates a shift  in consciousness. Many refer to this awakening as enlightenment.

At its core, this shift is the foundation of working with Your First Sense: intuition. When you recognize that your intuition doesn't operate within the rigid framework of “right vs. wrong,” but instead resides in knowing, you surrender into a deeper, timeless wisdom. You begin to transcend either/or thinking—the very mindset that keeps you stuck in limitation—and reconnect with the Truth your soul has always known.

Ready to remember the Truth your soul has always known?

I'm here to guide you home.
