De-Stressing Tools
In a world that constantly pulls our attention in a thousand directions, stress becomes the background noise we learn to ignore—until our bodies, minds, or emotions force us to slow down. True healing begins when we consciously create space to rest, reset, and reconnect with ourselves.

Understanding Depression
Why do we feel depressed? What exactly is depression? We need to ask these basic questions before blindly taking medications to alleviate it. Depression is another word for very deep sadness. When we grieve the loss of a loved one, we are going through a natural human process that is essential to fully heal. But when we don’t honor our feelings of sadness by going through that grieving process with compassion and love, the sadness becomes rooted within and becomes depression.

I Know Nothing
We are all yearning to know the future of our daily situations and circumstances. The desire to know drives us to hire professionals like financial advisers, medical experts or attorneys. With the desire to know comes the hunger to control. We keep planning, managing, controling and executing plans to the extent that we even plan our own death and funeral so it is done to our liking!!

What is Your Truth?
We have the right to believe in our own truth; however, we also have to remember to respect and acknowledge the truth of others. When we disagree with our spouse, our kids, or our boss, aren't we just trying to convey our truth and discover that theirs is different? The important question we must ask ourselves is this:
Do we understand the great power and responsibility we have when we are stating our truth to our children?

Reiki—Health and Wellness in the Palm of your Hands!!
Reiki healing methods have been around since ancient times. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administrated by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it is hight, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Back to Simplicity
Many of us suffer from the common disease that runs wild in our culture; “Busyness”.
When we are busy, we appear to be doing something important. Consequently, we associate busyness with self worth. We feel that the busier we are, the more worthy and important we must be.

Living in a Polarized World
We all are trying to be "good", but we also possess the “bad”. We all know that we carry inside the happy, joyful, loving side of us, but not very many of us want to embrace the part of us that is sad, angry, or depressed. Why? These feelings are natural and very much part of any living human on earth.
