Spiritual Fever: The Sacred Alchemy of Tears
We are often tempted to stop a fever too soon. To suppress it, medicate it, make it more comfortable before it has done its sacred work. But sometimes, the most healing thing we can do is allow the fever to run its course - to trust the intelligence of the body, and of the spirit, to know what needs to burn away.


The Seeking Addiction
We all are addicts. We are addicted to seeking. We endlessly seek. The thrill of seeking makes us feel alive, worthy or just plain busy. What are we Seeking? We are all seeking to taste, feel, and experience our source. The source is “Love”. We are all seeking in different ways, and the seeking becomes a sort of “game“. The “seeking game“ starts at birth when we first seek it in our close surroundings.


What is Your Truth?
We have the right to believe in our own truth; however, we also have to remember to respect and acknowledge the truth of others. When we disagree with our spouse, our kids, or our boss, aren't we just trying to convey our truth and discover that theirs is different? The important question we must ask ourselves is this:
Do we understand the great power and responsibility we have when we are stating our truth to our children?
