Slow Down ... And Smell The Flowers...



Being in the presence of flowers is a gift of nature that moves all of us. Flowers attract us with their magnetic beauty and instantly induce feelings of love or gratitude. Flowers are also time travelers that bring back memories, inform future possibilities, and help us communicate our feelings.

We bring flowers to our loved ones to the hospital to lift their spirits. We give flowers to teachers as an act of appreciation for their hard work. We show our love with a bouquet of roses to our lover.

Subconsciously we are drawn to specific flowers based on their color, aroma or their shape. They perhaps act like silent communicators, but their language of their existence is communicated in frequency and vibrational energy. Their effortless communication can uplift our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy fields – even when we don’t have the flowers next to us.

In the 1930’s, Edward Bach M.D was looking for a new healing technique with the use of natural elements, specifically flowers. His studies and experiments eventually led to worldwide recognition and use of flowers in daily life. Flower therapy as we know it today can be categorized either as aromatherapy or herbal supplements, as some flowers are prepared to be consumed. I am excited to share with you some of the most common flowers that are readily known and available.


Rose flower is considered to be the"Queen of flowers". She loves to express deep love, soothe broken hearts, and uplift one's spirit. Rose’s potent vibrational qualities shield us from negativity, promotes tenderness and compassion. She is the gateway to higher frequencies that assist in spiritual healing.


Magnolia flower is an ancient, well-known aphrodisiac whose potent aroma will easily influence one's senses. Magnolia flower is considered a symbol of both purity and nobility. Overall, the magnolia flower is relaxing and calms the nervous system.


Dandelion commonly regarded as a weed. This bright yellow flower exudes power that she happily shares. Dandelion medicine benefits the entire body. Dandelion assist with digestion, kidneys, gallbladder, removes toxins , boosts immune system as well restore the electrolytes balance.


Chamomile is a beautiful and gentle flower that gives us her healing properties. She is known to help us to relax, to help us sleep, and to relieve tension and depression. The calming properties of Chamomile are also used in the beauty industry.


Calendula flowers have wonderful properties. One of the oldest plants known to herbal medicine, these flowers are anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and antibacterial so they are used for skin disorders. They are also edible and help the digestive system. Calendula also helps repair and strengthen and repair your aura.


Echinacea flowers are a beautiful, colorful full of vibrancy that belongs to the daisy family and carries very strong medicine. Echinacea helps boost immunity, is resistance to bacterial and viral infections and it is also in as anti-inflammatory.

These are just a few of the wonderful flowers and herbs that carry the divine intelligence of the Universal Consciousness. They are here to assist us to regain balance and well-being and create peace in our hearts. As with anything we consume or use for the body and mind, it is imperative that you do your due diligence on how to acquire, prepare, and use these products.
