O wydarzeniu
What if nature holds a wisdom we have simply forgotten how to hear?
From the rhythms of the seasons to the intricate patterns of life, nature reveals an intelligence that exists beyond words. When we slow down and become more present, we may begin to recognize that we are not separate from this wisdom, but part of it.
What might nature reveal when we learn to listen?
Join Dr. Lenka for an experiential evening exploring the intelligence of nature and how reconnecting with the natural world can awaken a deeper sense of presence, intuition, and belonging.
Through conscious breath, meditation, sound, guided imagination, and reflective practices, you will be invited to quiet the mind, attune to the rhythms of nature, and explore the subtle connections between your inner world and the living world around you.
