Our first gathering in Your First Sense Event Series invites you to step beyond the familiar ways we experience the world and explore the subtle realms of perception that exist beyond what is immediately visible.
Through breath, sound, guided active imagination, and reflective practices, you will be invited to discover the images, sensations, symbols, and impressions that naturally arise as the analytical mind becomes quiet.
Together, we will explore the world beyond our everyday perception and begin to reawaken a more receptive relationship with your own intuition.
You will have an opportunity to enter your inner landscape, interact with what you discover, reflect through journaling, and share your experience within a supportive circle.
